Video: Previewing the X1 Prototype from Gran Turismo 5
The beauty of the virtual auto world is that there are absolutely no boundaries; anything and everything can be accomplished so as long as you have excellent designers willing to stretch the boundaries in building the ultimate supercar.
Fortunately, the boys from Polyphony Digital are up to the task and together with Red Bull Racing, they’ve created a car that, in their own words, “is freed of all technical regulations.”
It’s called the X1 Prototype and to our good fortune, the car is scheduled to be included in Gran Turismo 5. Despite the continuous delays of the game, we have no doubt that its designers are more than capable of designing a car that, in so many words, can do everything except fly.
