Fukushima Operator: Stabilizing Nuclear Plant Not Likely by Year-End
TEPCO, operator of the earthquake and tsunami-crippled Fukushima nuclear power plant, said on Sunday that it may be impossible to stabilize the reactors by the end of the year as originally planned.
